Overview:

Blue Yonder is looking for a dynamic solutions marketing leader with a passion for supply chains and competitive intelligence to help expand awareness of Blue Yonder’s differentiated value in supply chain transformation to a broader audience set.

Scope:
This is a strategic, high-impact role responsible for defining and executing strategies that capture pain points for different buyer personas, analyze how Blue Yonder addresses those pain points better than any other vendor and integrate those insights in go-to-market processes. This requires a marketing professional who understands the art and science of storytelling.
 In this role you will work closely with peers from sales and marketing to curate persona details, drive competitive positioning, and define strategies for engaging the broadest range of buyers. What you will do:

  • Portfolio messaging: Work with product, field and marketing teams to craft compelling portfolio narratives that don’t just inform but inspire and persuade, moving buyers to take action.
  • Persona messaging design: Identify buyer personas and build ‘persona maps’ that detail audience pain points and how that influences buying requirements down to the emotional level.
  • Audience go-to-market optimization: Partner with revenue marketing to tune digital buyer’s journey messaging and content to enhance engagement & accelerate pipeline progression.
  • Competitive Intelligence: Lead the team responsible for collecting and enabling sales & marketing on competitors’ products, go to market approaches and our differentiated value.
  • Competitive Messaging: Working with senior marketing leadership to write narratives that capture our industry leading differentiators & then integrate them into corporate content.

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, in marketing or a hi-tech field, MBA/master’s preferred.
  • 10+ years of product or solutions marketing experience
  • 3+ years working in competitive intelligence on SaaS offerings.
  • Demonstrated experience creating persona messaging that empathizes with our audience, stepping into their world to grasp their challenges and aspirations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to business audiences in simple, compelling English.
  • Strong technical knowledge of cloud-based software products
  • Experience defining and measuring marketing impact.
  • Strong internal communicator and collaborator.

The salary range for this position is $129,622.00 to $197,688.00 USD

    The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data.  Minimums and maximums may vary based on location.  Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors.  In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
