THE ROLE
As our Senior Creative Strategist, you'll bridge the gap between business objectives and creative solutions, leading the development of innovative, insight-led strategies that drive our clients' success in the digital landscape. You'll be responsible for spearheading creative processes that empower our design and creative teams to produce exceptional work.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop comprehensive creative strategies that align with client business goals
- Lead discovery sessions and stakeholder interviews to uncover insights
- Translate research findings into actionable creative briefs and strategic recommendations
- Design and facilitate creative workshops, brainstorming sessions, and ideation processes
- Guide creative teams through conceptual development, ensuring strategic alignment
- Establish frameworks and methodologies that enhance our creative output
- Lead creative reviews and provide strategic direction throughout project lifecycle
- Present strategies to clients, articulating the rationale behind creative decisions
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to inform innovative approaches
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to agency thought leadership
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of experience in creative strategy, preferably at a digital agency
- Proven track record developing successful brand and marketing strategies
- Experience leading creative processes and facilitating collaborative ideation
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts
- Experience in multiple disciplines (branding, UX, marketing) with the ability to connect these areas
- Portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking and creative problem-solving, with an emphasis on brand strategy
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience

The anticipated salary ranges for this position and subsequent locations are listed below. Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, expertise, physical location, and organizational impact. This is based on a 40-hour workweek and leveling. Keep in mind, we're flexible.
