Sr. Content Strategist, Selling Partner Communications & Content

The Sr. Content Strategist will drive compelling narrative development and content strategy for Amazon seller events, collaborating with senior executives and product teams to craft impactful keynote presentations and general sessions that align with business objectives and resonate with target audiences.
Lead the strategic development and execution of compelling content for Amazon seller events, with a focus on crafting impactful keynote presentations and general sessions. This role sits at the intersection of event strategy and content development, requiring deep expertise in both conference programming and narrative creation.
This role requires a storyteller who can transform complex business strategies and technical information into engaging narratives that resonate with diverse audiences while understanding the unique dynamics of live events, audience engagement, and show flow design. Working closely with senior executives, product teams, and cross-functional stakeholders, you'll create cohesive content that aligns with Amazon's business objectives and reinforces our commitment to empowering selling success while delivering memorable event experiences.
Key job responsibilities
* Partner with executives and product teams to develop strategic narratives that effectively communicate company vision, product launches, and business initiatives.
* Transform complex technical information and business strategies into clear, engaging stories that captivate and educate our seller audience.
* Create cohesive content frameworks that ensure consistency across multiple speakers and segments
* Lead the end-to-end content development process, from initial concept ideation through final script delivery and on-site execution.
* Orchestrate content reviews and feedback sessions with multiple stakeholders, balancing diverse perspectives to create unified messaging.
* Ensure brand voice consistency while adapting to individual executive speaking styles.
* Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure seamless integration of visual elements, multimedia, and interactive components.
* Analyze content performance metrics and audience feedback to continuously improve and iterate on our content strategy.

The Selling Partner Communities (SPC) organization builds lasting connections with, and drives the success of our Selling Partners. Our products such as Seller News, Forums, and mass mail are currently used by millions of Selling Partners worldwide as they sell in Amazon's store, and foster an active and inclusive community. These products also provide valuable insights into Selling Partner sentiment and issues.
- 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- 6+ years of marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal to senior leadership
- Experience communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment, high-tech products/services
- Expertise in developing event themes, story arcs and messaging architectures with the ability to synthesize complex information into compelling narratives.
- Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners with global footprint
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $106,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
