The Role at a Glance
This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and talented individual to join an award-winning team at Lincoln Financial. As a Sr. Communications Consultant, you will provide communication and education consulting services directly to Lincoln Retirement Plan Service clients, developing and delivering strategic participant education programs designed to meet and exceed client goals and improve employee financial wellness.
What you'll be doing
- Create and execute participant communication and education strategies that include multi-touchpoint campaigns and omni-channel delivery
- Manage campaigns to ensure efficient process, content and data accuracy, overall effectiveness, and detailed campaign measurement
- Coordinate with a team of internal and external partners to expertly deliver on all aspects of an integrated C&E plan for client relationships
- Enhance the client relationship by meeting with assigned clients, service team, and internal partners in-person, over the phone, or virtual (on camera)
- Create complex communications and marketing content, in collaboration with appropriate stakeholders, that supports consistent enterprise core messaging and business goals for assigned area(s)
- Build relationships and partner with key internal stakeholders to ensure all marketing tools, content, and plans are in alignment with the business goals and objectives
- Work with sales and RFP teams to support sales and renewal activities, participate in sales presentations as needed
What we’re looking for
Must-haves:
- 5-7 years’ experience in financial services marketing that align with the responsibilities
- Confident, comfortable communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated strong presentation skills to influence at all levels of management through clear, informed, and logical discussions/presentations/materials
- 4 year/bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of bachelor's)
- Demonstrate strong relationship management skills with internal clients (e.g., senior management, peers, and colleagues); proven ability to develop creative and collaborative approaches
- Strong project management leadership skills. Ability to coordinate, manage, and balance multiple projects in a time-sensitive environment, under pressure, while meeting deadlines
- Ability to travel up to 30%.

- Ability to analyze complex information and evaluate the implications of a course of action or solution

The pay range for this position is $90,300 - $164,700 with anticipated pay for new hires between the minimum and midpoint of the range and could vary above and below the listed range as permitted by applicable law. Pay is based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency and qualifications required for the role. The base pay is just one component of Lincoln’s total rewards package for employees. In addition, the role may be eligible for the Annual Incentive Program, which is discretionary and based on the performance of the company, business unit and individual. Other rewards may include long-term incentives, sales incentives and Lincoln’s standard benefits package.
