Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Support the design, implementation, risk mitigation, and reporting of key strategic and comprehensive service agreements across the U.S. & Canada

  • Build and maintain monthly and quarterly customer profitability and cash statements with segment and geography layers

  • Perform scenario analysis of income, balance sheet and cash flow statements for key accounts and/or contracts

  • Serve as the strategic finance arm to the GMs of National Accounts, Customer Success, and Medical Technology Advanced Services (MTAS)

  • Partner with sales and commercial operations/deal-hub to find upstream customer solutions while weighing the internal capabilities to successfully support the contractual commitments

  • Design and implement the financial and process solutions to unique offerings – e.g., bed-models, MES and SaaS

  • Develop standards across commercial offerings and drive offering simplification efforts

  • Drive process improvement efforts around 6.0 monitoring and non-standard accounting/reduction of defects

  • Record monthly and quarterly accruals and/or provide support to region finance and accounting COE teams

  • Lead transformation initiatives via IT/system enhancements and digital reporting to effectively manage the non-standards & accuracy of financial accruals/deferrals

  • Support periodic audits for national and GPO accounts

  • Develop customer centric processes for billings and collections incorporating both upstream and downstream requirements

  • Partner with cross functional teams to improve cash conversion cycle for key accounts

  • Drive franchise level initiatives tied to growth and productivity

  • Rely on strong commercial awareness and is expected to influence the development of strategy within own area, including control of resources and influences policy formulation.

  • May lead functional teams or projects with minimal resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity. Communicates difficult concepts and may influence others' options on particular topics. May guide others to consider a different point of view.

  • Impacts the team’s ability to achieve service, quality and timeliness of objectives. Work is subject to functional policy objectives. Regularly advises management in the function and/or in the business. Has a supportive role in decision making about important subjects. Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related fields with 8+ years of experience of relevant Finance experience

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $139,200.00-$208,800.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
