About the RoleHighspot is seeking to hire a Senior Business Value Consultant to help grow our global operations. The Senior Business Value Consultant will bring experience in revenue enablement and in creating the case for change in large enterprises. They will build relationships with revenue, enablement and operational leaders in our prospects and customers, and act as the trusted advisor who works with our pre-sale and post-sale teams to help drive opportunities.
What You'll Do
- Partner with Account Executives and Sales Leadership to challenge status quo in first sale and expansion opportunities
- Engage with customers and prospects up to VP/Executive level across various industries to understand their business objectives, challenges, and revenue goals and articulate the value of strategic enablement
- Build an informed point of view on the business outcomes we can drive for our prospects and customers to influence their GTM programmes
- Develop and deliver compelling value propositions, ROI analyses, and business cases that demonstrate the strategic benefits of our solutions and build a case for change
- Engage with our partners in opportunities to help them understand the value of Highspot and strategic enablement
- Use your excellent presentation skills and subject matter expertise to contribute to marketing (eg webinars and customer events) and sales initiatives
- Use your excellent workshop facilitation skills to help our prospects and customers see the value of enablement and the Highspot platform
- Use your experience, and the Highspot platform, to recommend tactics for enablement success
Your Background
- 5-7 yrs of analyst/Business Value experience or 3-5yrs industry experience - developing and owning enablement strategies within a large organisation
- Possess strong business acumen and a comprehensive understanding of how organizations across various industries generate revenue
- Familiarity with Sales Technology, such as Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics
- Familiarity Highspot or similar Field Enablement platforms
- Action-oriented, self-starter with a strong persistence in achieving goals and prioritizing work.
- Accountable for own results with a strong competitive drive and a “do what it takes” work ethic.
- Entrepreneurial spirit. Being part of building a business excites you.
