Sr. Business Process Expert, Process Transformation, Field Inventory - Remote

Stryker’s Endoscopy Division is seeking a Senior Business Process Expert to lead Field Inventory Process Transformation. This role is critical in driving strategy, development, and management of process transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment between business needs and end-to-end (E2E) process optimization. You will play a key role in harmonizing business unit commercial strategies, advancing the Global Template, and collaborating across divisions to deliver impactful solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Site Leadership – Serve as the primary contact for Business Unit (BU) Leadership, Business Process Area Leads, and Global Process Governance (GPG), prioritizing process and system changes to resolve issues and assessing impacts from divisional and enterprise-wide changes.
Process Expertise – Provide E2E leadership for Trials & Trunk Stock processes, ensuring integration across all process areas to deliver effective solutions.
Key Business Initiatives – Develop strategies to address large-scale organizational challenges, balancing Divisional Strategy with Enterprise Objectives to create seamless, cross-functional process improvements.
Stakeholder Management – Build strong relationships with BU leaders and key stakeholders, ensuring strategic needs are met through aligned processes and systems while influencing decision-making.
Workstream Leadership – Guide the Field Inventory Workstream direction within the enterprise, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
Strategic Planning – Drive long-term process improvement strategies that align with broader business goals.
What You Will Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in project or process management within the medical device industry.
- 10+ years of experience in data/process-focused roles with a strong SAP background.
- 3+ years of stakeholder management experience with the ability to influence across functions.
- Experience with Salesforce.com, including process optimization, data management, and integration with enterprise system highly preferred.
- Proven ability to lead business strategy and implement complex process & system transformations.
- Strong change management, collaboration, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills.
- $115,600- $245,800 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
