Sr. Brand Marketing Manager

The Senior Brand Marketing Manager is responsible for implementing and managing the overall brand strategy to ensure alignment with the company's vision, values, and business goals. Responsible for ensuring the brand strategy is developed and executed on time and that all deliverables are met and a key cross-functional player across the broader marketing team.
Main Responsibilities
- Responsible for supporting efforts to drive brand strategy and marketing as well as growing the brand and a “right-hand” to the Brand Director
- Responsible for creative ideating and making the work come to life using a balance between strategy and execution, creativity and analytics.
- Aid in the development of a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
- Planning and executing marketing campaigns that promote the brand and its products.
- Collaborates with channel owners to build plans to support strategy, measure effectively and drive future opportunity.
- Identify and maintain the brand's unique positioning in the market, differentiating it from competitors.
- Continuously monitor and analyze emerging trends in retail, consumer behavior, and digital innovation to ensure that the company's marketing strategies are relevant, competitive, and aligned with the evolving landscape.
- Leverage insights to create forward-thinking campaigns that engage key demographics and enhance the brand's positioning in the market.
- Lead and mentor a Brand Associate.
- Manage the brand's budget effectively, allocating resources to key brand-building initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 6 years’ progressive brand experience in a retail fashion organization a plus
- Strong business acumen combined with demonstrated experience structuring and managing highly visible projects
- Previous experience adapting to a fast paced, changing, dynamic client-facing work environment while driving favorable results
- Excellent interpersonal, influencing, communication and partnership skills
- Ability to anticipate, analyze and synthesize data and provide holistic insights through effective story telling
- Enthusiastic and creative leader with the ability to inspire others
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Customer facing experience with large enterprise clients, is preferred
- Expert level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Profitability and business growth accountability
- Demonstrate company core values of excellence, ownership, collaboration, and integrity
- A love for youth culture and girlhood is a plus
- A flexible, positive attitude and working style is required
