What You’ll Be Doing:
Lead, maintain, and refine core audience groupings across key verticals, firmographics, and demographics.
Conduct deep research across targeted verticals to provide insights that guide marketing strategies, positioning, and messaging.
Develop comprehensive audience insights reports that inform marketing, sales, and commercial strategies across Tinuiti’s business units.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to deliver actionable insights that drive targeted lead generation and personalized campaigns.
Build audience profiles and frameworks that guide audience engagement and personalization efforts.
Work cross-functionally with the commercial team to provide key audience insights that shape market positioning and sales strategies.
Deliver insights that support both broad marketing campaigns and vertical-specific strategies, helping to drive revenue growth and expand client reach.

Requirements:
6+ years of experience in consumer insights, market research, or a similar role, preferably within a B2B environment.
Proven ability to conduct data-driven research and turn insights into compelling stories that influence strategic decisions.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to present findings to stakeholders.
Highly collaborative and skilled at partnering with cross-functional teams to align on strategic initiatives.
Expertise in audience segmentation and leveraging insights to create value-driven marketing and sales strategies.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver insights in a fast-paced environment.

The annual base salary range for this role’s listed level is currently $90,000-$100,000 plus performance bonus of 8%. Grade level and salary ranges are determined through interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. We will provide more information on our benefits and equity upon requests. Sales roles are also eligible for incentive pay targeted up to or over 100% of the offered base salary (no cap).
