What will you be doing?

The Foodservice Team at Circana work with some of the most innovative companies in the industry. This role reports into the Account Director in Client Development and will contribute to the engagement, satisfaction, and growth among our clients by providing analytical expertise and value-added insights for decision making. The position provides the opportunity to make an impact leveraging fact-based insights and analysis, while developing the knowledge and skills required for continued success in market research solutions.

Job Responsibilities

Analytics & Insights:

• Leverage Circana data in proprietary software system to develop analysis which help our clients grow their business.
• Proactively search for meaningful trends within the data and sharing findings with both internal and external audiences in written and verbal formats.
• Ability to identify, create and present a clear story within the data that is relevant and insightful to the Client’s business.  
• Dedicated to spending time ensuring all reports sent to internal and external partners are accurate and reflect the integrity of Circana’s standard.
• Evaluate data with passion and attention to detail, find key points, and approach clients with coherent, actionable, and fact-based data/recommendations appropriate to their business need(s).

Client Service:

• Provide support to the team in managing the day-to-day activities to enhance client relationships, including but not limited to, sharing analyses on specific topics, answering relevant client questions, training/educating clients in order to drive adoption and usage of Circana’s strategic data sets, etc.
• Partner with account leads and cross-functional departments to drive initiatives which support the sale and delivery of Circana’s solutions.
• Understand our clients’ organizations and their business strategies, objectives, and challenges. Attend/present insights at client meetings.
• Problem-solve and maintain relationship with adaptability, urgency, and positivity.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal communication, questioning techniques, active listening, and presentation skills.
• Manage creation and distribution of ongoing “key insights” presentations and/or deliverables.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required in Marketing, Economics or business-related field
• College graduate - 2 year(s) of prior experience in a role which utilizes data and analysis to add value to clients
• Experience in all MS Office products, Excel, PowerPoint, & Word
• Experience with Circana data tools, experience solving business issues with the application of analytics, and/or leveraging data in a research or consultative setting is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to work across various data sets and reporting tools

• Ability to engage in a consultative manner with the team, demonstrating strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into insights

• Advanced interpersonal skills and strong orientation towards building client relationships
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Able to set priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
• Very strong oral and written communication skills; Confident in presenting to groups
• Highly detail oriented – with commitment to total quality and data accuracy

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.  An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The salary range for this role is $58,000/yr - $62,500/yr
