About the Role:

The Active Defense Services Team executes and delivers specialized workflows in support of CrowdStrike Incident Response Service engagements. As a Senior Analyst, you will be a key member of a highly collaborative industry leading team that thrives on the daily challenges of stopping breaches from the world's most sophisticated adversaries. Put simply: Your job will be to find the bad guys, eliminate the bad guys, and keep them out of our customer environments so they can keep their business moving forward.

2ND-SHIFT WORK SCHEDULE: SUNDAY - THURSDAY, 2 PM - 10 PM PACIFIC TIME ZONE

What You'll Do:

• Monitor, analyze, and respond to active security threats using the CrowdStrike Falcon Platform.

• Support ingestion, enablement, and analysis of customer 3rd Party Data into Falcon’s Next-Gen SIEM

• Exercise incident handling and remediation processes across Windows, Mac, and Linux platforms.

• Perform basic malware analysis.

• Develop and improve processes for incident detection and the execution of countermeasures

• Produce high-quality written and verbal communications, recommendations, and findings to customer management and CrowdStrike Incident Response stakeholders
