Job Description
Requirements
• Ten plus years of field experience
• Qualified for large tonnage commercial/industrial and small tonnage systems
• Holds current licenses required within the jurisdiction
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products; word, excel, power point
• Business or sales experience preferred.
• Teaching experience preferred
Job responsibilities
• On board, train, and supervise Account Managers to assure their understanding of the CoolSaver product and to validate their performance.
Provide opportunities for Account Managers to observe the proper approach to teaching a class of technicians. Supervise the Account Managers as they assume the teaching responsibility with CoolSaver comprehensive training slides
• Perform reviews of the submitted tune ups to assure product quality. (Forty to sixty hours of training with an experienced Sr Account Manager)
Assess data for expected outcomes in equipment performance, technician
proficiency, and energy savings. Provide appropriate scientific notes for follow up with the technician, Trade Ally, and assigned Account Manager.
• Support the Engineering Team in assessing the CoolSaver tune up data and
submissions. Troubleshoot calculations and reporting Champion innovations with new measures and improved methods. Assist with evaluations
• Provide “Subject Matter Expertise” with presentations to clients, Trade Allies,
technicians, and internal CoolSaver personnel when needed
Compensation Range
$74,000.00 - $111,000.00Currency
