The Nordstrom Media Network is our innovative advertising platform that partners with top brands to create engaging marketing campaigns. We are seeking a dynamic Sr. Account Manager to join our team and support the growth of our media network.


The Account Manager will play a critical role in managing relationships with brand partners and advertisers on the Nordstrom Media Network. This individual will be responsible for overseeing campaign execution, optimizing performance, and ensuring client satisfaction. The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in digital media, excellent communication skills, and a strategic mindset.

 
A day in the life...

  • Brand Partner Management:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact, post-sale, for a portfolio of brand partners.
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships to drive brand partner retention and satisfaction.
    • Have a sense of urgency in all communication mediums across brand partners and internal cross-functional partners.
    • Understand brand partner's business objectives and develop strategies to achieve them through the Nordstrom Media Network.
       
  • Campaign Execution:
    • Coordinate the planning, implementation, and tracking of advertising campaigns.
    • Collaborate with internal teams (creative, marketing, analytics) to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
    • Monitor campaign performance and provide regular updates to clients.
       
  • Performance Optimization:
    • Analyze campaign data to identify trends and insights.
    • Recommend and implement optimizations to ensure campaigns achieve desired KPIs.
    • Review detailed performance reports with analytics and offer insights for brand partners.
       
  • Business Development:
    • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services and advertising solutions.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to develop proposals and pitches for new business.
    • Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape to inform brand strategies.
       
  • Internal Collaboration:
    • Work closely with product and development teams to provide brand partner feedback and contribute to product enhancements.
    • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall growth strategy of the Nordstrom Media Network.
    • Lead workstreams as stretch assignments on Brand Partner’s behalf.

You own this if you have...
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in account management, digital advertising, or media sales.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including display, social, search, and programmatic advertising.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing accounts.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
  • Proficient in using CRM platforms, analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on exceeding brand partner expectations and achieving company goals.

Pay Range Details

The pay range(s) below are provided in compliance with state specific laws. Pay ranges may be different in other locations.

California: $69,500-$144,000 annually, Colorado: $69,500-$115,000 annually, Connecticut: $69,500-$115,000 annually, Hawaii: $69,500-$115,000 annually, Illinois: $69,500-$115,000 annually, Maryland: $69,500-$115,000 annually, Massachusetts: $69,500-$115,000 annually, Minnesota: $69,500-$115,000 annually, Nevada: $69,500-$115,000 annually, New York: $69,500-$144,000 annually, Rhode Island: $69,500-$115,000 annually, Washington: $69,500-$132,000 annually, Washington D.C.: $69,500-$115,000 annually
