We’re seeking a Sr. Account Executive to join our team—a seasoned, results-driven professional with a proven track record of success in retail media, advertising, and strategic partnership management. As a senior leader, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our brand partners while driving NMN’s growth and influence in the retail media space. A day in the life...

  • Driving Strategic Growth:
    Lead partnerships with brands, serving as a strategic advisor to help them achieve their goals through Nordstrom Media Network’s advertising solutions. Your leadership will directly impact brands’ success and revenue growth within Nordstrom’s ecosystem.
     
  • Shaping Media Strategy:
    Design, implement, and oversee innovative and data-driven media strategies, ensuring alignment with Nordstrom’s broader business goals. Partner with internal teams to develop comprehensive media plans and present these strategies to senior stakeholders both internally and externally.
     
  • Cultivating High-Impact Relationships:
    Act as a trusted, senior advisor to brand partners, elevating relationships to strategic partnerships. Provide thought leadership and insights that help brands maximize the value of NMN’s media offerings.
     
  • Leading Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    Work closely with Buying, Analytics, Operations, and Account Management teams to ensure campaigns are flawlessly executed while aligning with Nordstrom’s category priorities and overall business strategy.
     
  • Elevating Retail Media Expertise:
    Educate and inspire brand partners and their agency teams about the potential of retail media, positioning Nordstrom as a leader in connecting brands with their ideal customers.
     
  • Driving Team Excellence:
    Mentor and guide junior team members, sharing expertise to foster growth within NMN and ensuring the team delivers exceptional service to partners.



You own this if you have...

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in sales, media, advertising, or a related field, with a focus on retail media or e-commerce preferred.
