A day in the life...
- Driving Strategic Growth:
Lead partnerships with brands, serving as a strategic advisor to help them achieve their goals through Nordstrom Media Networkâs advertising solutions. Your leadership will directly impact brandsâ success and revenue growth within Nordstromâs ecosystem.
 - Shaping Media Strategy:
Design, implement, and oversee innovative and data-driven media strategies, ensuring alignment with Nordstromâs broader business goals. Partner with internal teams to develop comprehensive media plans and present these strategies to senior stakeholders both internally and externally.
 - Cultivating High-Impact Relationships:
Act as a trusted, senior advisor to brand partners, elevating relationships to strategic partnerships. Provide thought leadership and insights that help brands maximize the value of NMNâs media offerings.
 - Leading Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with Buying, Analytics, Operations, and Account Management teams to ensure campaigns are flawlessly executed while aligning with Nordstromâs category priorities and overall business strategy.
 - Elevating Retail Media Expertise:
Educate and inspire brand partners and their agency teams about the potential of retail media, positioning Nordstrom as a leader in connecting brands with their ideal customers.
 - Driving Team Excellence:
Mentor and guide junior team members, sharing expertise to foster growth within NMN and ensuring the team delivers exceptional service to partners.
You own this if you have...
- Bachelorâs degree in related field or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience in sales, media, advertising, or a related field, with a focus on retail media or e-commerce preferred.
- Proven experience in managing high-profile clients, developing strategic media plans, and delivering measurable results.
