Due to growth, we are adding Specialist, Provider Accounts to our team!
The Specialist, Provider Accounts at Lumicera Health Services is responsible for managing and enhancing client relationships, particularly with clinic contacts, while ensuring a seamless referral and prescription management process. This position builds on the foundational knowledge of a Referral Coordinator, focusing on direct client interaction, problem-solving, and collaboration with the Sales team to meet both clinic and patient needs.

Responsibilities
How do I make an impact on my team? • Develop and maintain strong, professional relationships with clinic contacts, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues promptly to instill confidence in Lumicera's services.• Oversee all aspects of the prescription referral process, including prior authorizations, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and company standards.• Conduct weekly meetings with the Sales team to review previous actions, plan for upcoming activities, and ensure that sales strategies align with referral and clinic operational needs.• Act as the primary point of contact for resolving clinic issues related to the referral process, utilizing resources from both the clinical support and sales teams.• Serve as the liaison between medical staff, pharmacies, insurance providers, and patients to enhance communication and continuity of care.• Work alongside the Sales team to provide on-site support when necessary to address clinic needs or to facilitate relationship building.• Participates in, adheres to and supports compliance and diversity, equity, and inclusion program objectives.• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
What our team expects from you? • Associate's degree or equivalent experience required.• Certifications: Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) or a relevant healthcare certification preferred.• 2 years of experience in specialty pharmacy or a similar client-facing role within healthcare required.• Experience as a Referral Coordinator is highly desirable.• Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives • The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees
