Job DetailsSummary:
The Marketing Specialist will act as the marketing support for Cencora brand with a with a dedicated focus on 340B marketing. Through the ownership, activation, and management of multiple campaigns and marketing initiatives, this person will be responsible for the role of retention and growth marketing for Cencora’s 340B program and offerings. This role requires an individual who is comfortable with providing oversight and direction, hands-on implementation, and a balance of planning with day-to-day execution, management, and optimization of channels and campaigns. This position will collaborate with a cross-functional marketing team to ideate, strategize, plan, and execute omni-channel campaigns in support of strategic business goals and objectives related to the 340B program. Leveraging a strong understanding of multi-channel marketing and prospect/customer engagement, this position will implement, track, and optimize multiple marketing campaigns across channels to drive growth for the business and enhance the impact of the 340B program.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Partner with the business to determine how to leverage, apply, and optimize an omni-channel marketing approach to drive toward specific business outcomes related to the 340B program
Understand the specific enterprise marketing goals and collaborates with other cross-functional marketing teams to develop campaigns/programs and related goals (leads, impressions, changes in perception, etc.) to support the 340B program
Work with various marketing teams to coordinate the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns, helping achieve awareness, engagement, and lead generation objectives for integrated marketing efforts focused on the 340B program
Maintain proactive campaign management to optimize value (i.e., the total amount of spend, the quality of the placements and the techniques used to garner the best results)
Collaborate with digital marketing team to update and maintain websites, ensuring messaging, content, and branding align with the marketing strategy and SEO best practices
Manage all customer channels to elevate brand recognition, showcase thought-leadership, increase retention, and drive customer engagement
Leverage data and analytics to measure campaign results, assess against goals/KPIs, identify trends and insights and product usage, and optimize spend and performance
Monitor and remain up-to-date on developments and changes to the 340B enterprise strategy and 340B industry
10-15% travel This is a fully Remote position
Required Skills and Experience:
Requires broad training in fields such as business administration, communications, sales, marketing, computer sciences or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a four year bachelor's degree program or equivalent combination of experience and education
Normally requires a minimum of four (4) years directly related and progressively responsible experience
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
Strong interpersonal skills
Strong presentation skills
Strong organizational skills; attention to detail
Strong analytical skills
Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Some design skills such as PhotoShop, InDesign.
Experience working with industry suppliers such as printers, photographers
Editing and proofreading skills
Experience with social media tools
CRM experience such as salesforce.com preferred

Salary Range*$56,500 - 83,270*This Salary Range reflects a National Average for this job. The actual range may vary based on your locale. Ranges in Colorado/California/Washington/New York/Hawaii/Vermont/Minnesota/Massachusetts/Illinois State-specific locations may be up to 10% lower than the minimum salary range, and 12% higher than the maximum salary range.
