ROLE SUMMARY:

The S&OP Manager will play a pivotal role in aligning Dollar Shave Club’s sales and operational efforts to ensure seamless demand planning, inventory management, and supply chain optimization. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to meet our business goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

S&OP Process Management: 

• Lead the S&OP process to align sales forecasts, production plans, and inventory levels with business objectives
• Facilitate regular S&OP meetings, ensuring effective communication between sales, marketing, production, and supply chain teams
• Develop and implement S&OP strategies to optimize service levels, inventory turns, and cost efficiencies

Demand Planning: 

• Oversee demand planning activities, ensuring accurate forecasts
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to gather market intelligence and incorporate it into demand plans
• Monitor forecast accuracy and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Inventory Management:

• Optimize inventory levels to balance supply with demand while minimizing excess and obsolescence
• Implement best practices for inventory management and control
• Monitor and report on inventory KPIs

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement across departments
• Serve as the key point of contact for S&OP-related inquiries and initiatives
• Drive alignment between commercial and operational teams to achieve business goals.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years experience in S&OP, Demand Planning or related field 
• Experience in personal care, beauty, or CPG industries preferred
• Demonstrated analytical & problem solving skills 
• Strong presentation skills. Able to create exec-level slides and communicate clearly
• Proficiency in S&OP software and tools, as well as advanced Excel skills.
• A self-starter comfortable in an autonomous work environment
• Able to manage up and down the organization effectively
• Someone with a continuous improvement mindset who thrives in a fast-changing environment

POSITION TYPE:
This is a full-time exempt position.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
This position can be either a hybrid role at our Headquarters in Marina Del Rey or fully remote.

SALARY:
$90,000-$120,000 + Bonus
