About the Role

We’re looking for a talented and passionate highly technical Solutions Engineer to improve and evolve our current product, which is gathering data from 100M+ devices and growing rapidly. What You’ll Do

• Represent Embrace as both an expert communicator and technologist, and help deliver an amazing customer experience
• Communicate directly with customers, product and engineering teams, and work together towards a solution to the task at hand
• Work in both a pre-sales and post-sales capacity, owning the technical integration process for both prospects and customers
• Quickly root-cause, identify technical issues, and provide clear instructions to reproduce the problems or drive new product specifications
• Directly impact product direction by suggesting improvements for customers day to day
• Ensure that our process for surfacing bugs to Engineering is fast, efficient, and effective
• Improve collaboration with Sales and Customer Success by developing tools and enhancing documentation

Our Ideal Candidate will have:

• 3+ years experience in a Mobile Developer, Sales Engineer, or Solutions Engineer role at a B2B software technology company
• Experience with mobile development and eagerness to learn and improve your skills. Familiarity with iOS, Android and their development tools
• Working knowledge of Linux and/or Mac OS X command line
• Comfortable discussing code; ability to read and write code is a plus (Python, Java, Objective-C, Swift, …
