About this Position
We are seeking a Solution Architect with expertise in Creatio low-code/no-code CRM platform to lead business process transformation and solution design. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives at the intersection of business strategy and technology, guiding organizations through CRM implementations that improve customer engagement, sales efficiency, and operational alignment.
As a key member of the team, you will work closely with stakeholders to map business processes, define requirements, and configure Creatio CRM solutions without extensive coding. Your ability to translate business needs into scalable, user-friendly CRM workflows will be essential in delivering successful implementations.
Job Responsibilities
- Business Process Optimization: Work with clients to analyze existing business workflows and identify opportunities for improvement using Creatio CRM’s low-code/no-code capabilities.
- Solution Design & Configuration: Design CRM solutions that align with business objectives, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Discovery: Lead discovery sessions with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Operations to define CRM goals and success metrics.
- System Implementation & Best Practices: Oversee the implementation of Creatio CRM, ensuring alignment with industry best practices for user adoption and operational efficiency.
- User Training & Enablement: Conduct workshops and training sessions to empower end-users and maximize CRM adoption.
- Data-Driven Insights & Optimization: Leverage Creatio’s analytics and reporting tools to provide actionable insights that drive business growth and efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, developers, and Creatio experts to deliver solutions that enhance customer experience and team productivity.
- CRM Governance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to CRM governance policies, data security standards, and business compliance requirements.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in CRM solution design, business analysis, or implementation consulting (preferably with Creatio or similar low-code CRM platforms).
- Strong understanding of sales, marketing, and customer service processes within B2B or B2C environments.
- Hands-on experience in configuring workflows, automations, dashboards, and reports using low-code/no-code tools.
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions without heavy reliance on custom development.
- Experience facilitating discovery workshops, documenting business processes, and managing stakeholder expectations.
- Familiarity with CRM integrations (e.g., ERP, marketing automation, customer service tools) and data migration strategies.
- Strong communication, presentation, and change management skills to drive CRM adoption.
- Creatio certification (Sales, Service, or Marketing) is preferred but not required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field is a plus
Core Competencies
- Business-Centric CRM Transformation: Lead projects where process improvement and business value are the primary focus—not just technology implementation.
- No-Code/Low-Code Innovation: Work with a cutting-edge low-code platform, enabling rapid solution delivery and reducing dependency on traditional development.
- Professional Growth: Engage with diverse industries, solving unique challenges and expanding your expertise in business process automation.
- Collaborative Environment: Be part of a team that values strategic thinking, problem-solving, and customer success.
This role is perfect for someone passionate about helping businesses streamline operations, enhance customer interactions, and maximize CRM ROI—all while leveraging the power of no-code/low-code technology.
