The Position 

Every day, drug manufacturers use Claritas Rx solutions to improve and enhance the treatment journey for patients dealing with rare diseases. We have built a strong customer team of domain experts that can help scale a premier channel management solution. 

At Claritas Rx, Solution Design Analysts (SDAs) work directly with our customers to design, build, deploy, and service our product to meet their custom business reporting needs. Our SDAs are data curious, enjoy analytical problem solving, are learning-oriented and enjoy collaborating with other team members to solve a variety of business problems. This role sits within Claritas Rx’s implementation team, focusing on new customer solutions.

Key Accountabilities

  • Play a key role in new customer implementations including configuration of reports/dashboards, applying business logic to transform data, developing test cases for the application prior to release, documenting customization and build features, and developing training plans for relevant users
  • Ensure data quality in customer deliverables via rigorous testing and validation review prior to release
  • As directed by Customer Success Manager, attend client-facing meetings with assigned customers ensure follow-ups and action items are captured and completed
  • Utilize a centralized request management and issue tracking workflow (JIRA) to ensure timely completion of requests and documentation of related technical build details.
  • Participate in training programs to ensure continued understanding and adaptation of evolving platform capabilities

Who You Are 

Required:

  • 2+ year’s experience with Quickbase or other related relational database and Business Intelligence (BI) platforms (Tableau, SFDC, PowerBI)
  • Excellent quantitative analysis skills and expert-level proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • Strong ability to understand and translate requirement documentation and data flow diagrams into solution builds within Quickbase or other BI platforms.
  • A creative approach to analytical problem solving and a relentless passion for quality
  • Track record of building customer relationships and managing client-focused projects
  • Excellent written and oral communication
  • Deep familiarity working with biotech/pharmaceutical transactional data preferred
  • Experience with JIRA and Confluence enablement tools strongly preferred
