ABOUT THE JOB

We are looking for a Software Quality Assurance Engineer to join our OneStream Development team. Our company provides Corporate Performance Management (CPM) software for large corporations. Our product is designed for high-end deployments at customer facilities or in the Microsoft Azure cloud. The core engine contains complex OLAP-type, multi-dimensional, multi-server, multi-threading, web, and SQL technologies and is specifically designed to solve problems for the Office of Finance at extremely large corporations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:  

• Works with Agile Scrum effectively by listening and collaborating within scrum calls.
• Identify, document, and validate defects in software solutions.
• Create test cases from functional requirements.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Developers.
• Validate installation and configuration test cases in a desktop, browser, and cloud environment.
• Validate UI/UX elements in solutions to ensure quality criteria is met.
• Learn the OneStream product and core functionality.
• Contribute to process improvements and enhancements.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Required Knowledge and Experience

• 2+ years of experience testing commercial/enterprise software or a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance or other related field. 
• Knowledge of test management systems.
• Experience testing commercial /enterprise software.
• Experience or solid understanding of Agile methodology.

Preferred Knowledge and Experience

• Experience in automation, preferably in C#.
• Testing experience in Cloud or SaaS environments .
• Financial background a plus.
• CQE Certification or studying for certification.
