We are looking for a full-stack software engineer who is passionate about working with customers as much as developing code for cloud and premise solutions. As a Professional Services team, we integrate, extend, and expand Genesys products to match our customer’s vision. Primarily, we build for AWS using NodeJS and ReactJS but having experience in .NET and Java are still part of the build portfolio. Our primary focus is the Genesys Cloud platform, a multi-channel, Enterprise grade communication and collaboration platform for the Contact Center.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate an understanding of working in the language of the Contact Center, Genesys Cloud, Cloud Computing/Infrastructure, Security, Artificial Intelligence, and programming at scale. Additionally, the candidate should have examples of coding experience in 3rd party platforms such as Salesforce, Dynamics, EPIC or similar applications and be able to hold their own in Financial, Healthcare, State and Federal US government engagements.
You will be joining a collaborative team of like-minded people who thrive on technical problem solving and relish design and development challenges. Genesys Professional Services engineers think through implementation details of scale, security and usability. Being a member of the team, you are expected to show up strong, be bold and build customers relationships by demonstrating knowledge, skill and confidence in your deliverables.
