What you'll do:
- AI Solutions: Design, develop, and oversee the implementation of end-to-end AI solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders, including product managers, designers, and backend architects, to understand and fulfill the AI needs of our products and organization.
- Platform and Technology Selection: Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, frameworks, and tools for AI development. Consider the specific requirements and capabilities of different mobile platforms (e.g., iOS, Android), cloud platforms, and choose the best technologies accordingly.
- Code Standards and Best Practices: Establish coding standards, best practices, and guidelines for the development teams implementing AI solutions. Define and enforce coding patterns, maintainable code organization, and proper documentation to ensure consistency and efficiency across the projects.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Collaborate with the QA team to define and implement effective testing strategies for AI applications. Conduct thorough testing of the AI components, including UI testing, usability testing, and compatibility testing across different mobile devices and operating system platforms.
- Performance Monitoring and Maintenance: Monitor and analyze performance metrics, identify issues, and propose improvements. Perform regular maintenance tasks, including debugging, bug fixing, and applying security patches to ensure the stability and security of the architecture.
- Continuous Improvement and Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI technologies, frameworks, and development practices. Continuously evaluate and suggest improvements to the architecture to enhance performance, user experience, and maintainability.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree with 10+ years of experience or Master's Degree with 7+ years of related software architecture experience (not all AI related) across mobile and cloud platforms.
- Extensive experience in designing AI solutions and knowledge of AI capabilities, frameworks, and tools.
- Testing and Debugging: Proficiency in AI app testing techniques, including unit testing, integration testing, and UI testing across various mobile devices and operating system platforms. Strong debugging skills to identify and fix issues in the codebase.
- Leadership and Communication: Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, developers, and QA engineers. The ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and guide frontend developers is essential.
- Continuous Learning: A passion for staying updated with the latest AI technologies, frameworks, development practices, and design trends. An AI Architect should be proactive in continuously learning and experimenting with new tools and techniques.
The base pay for this position is
$109,300.00 – $218,700.00In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
