We are looking for a Social Media Manager to join our demand generation team.  

Genesys empowers more than 7,500 organizations in over 100 countries to improve loyalty and business outcomes by creating the best experiences for customers and employees. As a champion for the role awareness efforts can play in driving business impact, the Social Media Manager will be responsible for executing the company’s global social media strategy, working across our corporate channels and bridging internal structures to tell a cohesive story that reinforces the power of delivering empathetic, personalized experiences at scale. The ideal applicant will possess strong knowledge of (and passion for) the social media landscape and the potential social has to drive impact. This role will be instrumental in increasing our social media presence through owned, earned and paid efforts to elevate brand awareness among customers and prospects.  

   KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Post social media content and manage channels day-to-day 

  • Manage social media programs from concepting through to creative development and execution to ensure output is suited for the audience, platform and message 

  • Contribute to and build on social media strategies that drive community growth and engagement 

  • Analyze engagement data and draw actionable insights to increase performance and identify opportunities for growth 

  • Champion employee advocacy program to activate employees and drive additional social awareness and engagement from the employee audience  

  • Identify opportunities to build relationships with influencers, content creators and thought leaders to amplify key messages
