What you will accomplish together with us:
- Develop and achieve account targets (i.e market share) and ensure regular updates in close cooperation with local sales and key account teams
- This position requires traveling up to 50% throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Southeastern regions.
- Actively contribute to sales growth in Single Use Technology (SUT) by identifying new opportunities via customer collaboration and strong customer engagement.
- Monitor and protect existing SU business.
- Support marketing initiatives to expand brand awareness and SU capabilities by actively participating in SoT (Science on Tap), conferences, and industry shows
- Support, coaching and coordinate local sales teams and applications professionals involved in SUT.
- Contribute to all major SUT projects, including interaction with Integrated Solutions team for joint hardware/SU systems opportunities
- Actively contribute to innovation and sharing the VoC (voice of customer) experience with Product Management.
- Identify and implement appropriate action plans to track account molecules pipeline
- Be seen and known internally and externally as a Single Use Technology Expert.
What will convince us:
- Bachelor's degree (life science or business preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of successful experience in process development or process/manufacturing support.
- Strong presentation skills and comfortable in a customer-facing role.
- Relevant technical knowledge and extensive industry knowledge (pharma/biotech) for the implementation and integration of single use technologies.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and SFDC (Salesforce.com)
We Value:
- Technical sales experience is preferred,
- Self-driven and can successfully operate in a matrixed reporting structure.
- Understands the regulatory landscape and challenges of integrating/implementing single use technologies (ISO requirements, USP qualification methods, Extractable/Leachable standards, etc).
- Fluent in English (Spanish or Portuguese is a plus)

Compensation will be between $90,000.00 to $130,000.00, depending on
experience, qualifications, and location. Bonus incentive up to 20%, and car
allowance.
