Service/Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated Service and Project Coordinator to join our team and help ensure the smooth execution of both technical and non-technical aspects of our projects, including service coordination, project tracking, and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will be proactive, able to work independently and collaboratively, and will have a strong technical background to provide hands-on support when needed. Primary Responsibilities:


•    Assist in planning, organizing, and managing projects from inception to completion.
•    Collaborate with project managers, clients, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery.
•    Track project timelines, resources, and budgets, ensuring all deliverables are met.
•    Maintain and update project documentation, schedules, and status reports.
•    Provide support during project meetings by taking notes, distributing agendas, and tracking action items.
•    Support project coordination and integration, tracking and reporting, meeting support, research and maintenance of internal organizational process documentation, and other functions necessary for the successful operation of the organization.
•    Interface with client leadership, personnel and senior executive personnel across OCIO.
•    Support clients in providing and improving the NASA customer experience.
•    Create MS Planner and Project Actions and track deadlines and responses to action items, as needed, in support of the enterprise services, including federal regulatory actions.
•    Provide weekly status on updates and completions, including new actions and required dates of completion.
•    Assist with researching, technical writing, and updating policies, processes, procedures, technical work instructions, project documentation, working group charters and board charters, outreach materials, training materials, and technical advisories.  
•    Develop and/or acquire presentation and outreach materials, as needed, in support of CCS Enterprise Services.
•    Support client workshops and activities focused on service improvement.
•    Support internal and external technical workshops, working group sessions, meetings, conferences, presentations and special events and activities as they pertain to client services.

Basic Qualifications:


•    Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology) or equivalent experience.
•    Proven experience in project coordination, service coordination, or technical support.
•    Strong technical knowledge in [insert relevant technologies or tools].
•    Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello, Jira) and office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
•    Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
•    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
•    Strong problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:


•    Experience with customer service or technical support roles.
•    Familiarity with Atlassian Software and Microsoft 365 toolsets (e.g., Teams, PowerBI).
•    Knowledge of ITSM and ITIL concepts and frameworks.

Desired Certifications / Training:


•    Certification in project management (e.g., PMP).

Potential for Telework (if any):


Yes, with ability to be onsite upon request.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $63,700.00 - $115,150.00

The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
