ServiceNow Developer

Leidos is looking for a ServiceNow Developer to support ongoing continuous improvement projects of an existing ServiceNow implementation for an enterprise. The successful candidate will be able to adapt to client needs, and to support the implementation of the ServiceNow roadmap. The ServiceNow Developer will collaborate with a diverse workforce within a matrixed environment and be able to communicate effectively in obtaining and synthesizing requirements from external stakeholders, while working with the team to build upon the existing ServiceNow foundation.
Location: 100% Telework
Responsibilities:
Develop ServiceNow custom pages and workflows
Provide expert configuration of ServiceNow through the systems development lifecycle
Provide unit testing of implementation
Support development in an Agile framework.
Support requirements discussions with internal and external stakeholders and third-party contributors
Provide subject matter expertise for ServiceNow for the enterprise
Required Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of ServiceNow hands on experience. Additional years of experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
Must have hands on ServiceNow development experience across multiple modules
Familiarity with organizational change management
Ability to support multiple projects simultaneously
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum concepts
Knowledge of ITIL concepts
Experience working in a highly matrixed organization

Demonstrates a high degree of customer service and teamwork. Works well with clients and other vendors in achieving mission success and is committed to providing quality products and services.
Strong Communication Skills: be able to express key ideas and obtain tangible feedback from cross-functional team members and stakeholders. Must possess strong creative, communication, and collaboration skills.
Critical Thinking and Problem Solving: identifies risks and problems and able to conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis to generate and evaluate alternatives and recommendations.

ServiceNow Certified Application Developer Certification
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist Certification
ITIL v3 Foundations Certification
AGILE experience (Scrum or Kanban)
Presentation skills
Gathers requirements using elicitation skills
Other Requirements:
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
- All candidates supporting this project must have lived in the United States at least three (3) out of the last five (5) years prior in order to be considered.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $85,150.00 - $153,925.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
