The primary responsibility is to drive growth of the ServiceNOW relationship in the assigned geographic territory. A successful candidate is a self-starter with an effective ability to grow and manage our overall GTM strategy together.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, develop, and manage ServiceNOW relationships with CSM (Customer Service Management) or CIWF (Customer and Industry Workflow) Product Line Specialists (PLS) and core sellers in assigned geographic regions.
  • Generate Net-New Five9 enterprise sales opportunities through ServiceNOW relationships.
  • Drive Five9 brand awareness via networking and personal connections within the ServiceNOW ecosystem
  • Work with the Five9 GSI and Channel teams to build, manage, and grow, Recruit, develop, manage ServiceNOW GSI and MSP relationships within the ecosystem.
  • Align Five9 Sales Directors with ServiceNOW counterparts to drive net-new revenue and field enablement activities.
  • Travel to ServiceNOW regional offices, ServiceNOW SKO, Knowledge, and World Forum events to drive pipeline and on-site activations with ServiceNOW.
  • Align Five9 executive and product leaders to continue to build on the integration and amplify our partnership together.

Key Qualifications:

  • 5+ Years in ServiceNOW Ecosystem – GSI or ISV Experience.
  • Deep Understanding of ServiceNOW Product Offerings, specifically ITSM and CSM.
  • Ability to Travel 30%+ of the time for ServiceNOW Events, Meetings, and Trainings Ability to Travel for Internal Five9 Trainings and SKO.
  • Excellent Presentation Skills – Virtual and In-Person Ability to Interface Well with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Leadership
  • Drive to Succeed and Create Your Own Brand of Success

Preferred Qualification:

  • CTI, Contact Center Software, Customer Experience, AI (Virtual Agents) background is a plus.

Work Location: This role is fully remote for candidates who reside outside the 50 mile radius of our San Ramon office.  For candidates who reside within 50 miles of our San Ramon location, this role is Hybrid and would require 3 days a week (M, W, TH) in our San Ramon office.

The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the job across the United States. Additionally, the total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, stock, and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.

All compensation and benefits are subject to the requirements and restrictions set forth in the applicable plan documents and any written agreements between the parties.

The US base salary range for this role is below. $114,800—$222,500 USD
