Compensation:  The salary range for this position ranges from $45K - $50K, depending on circumstances including an applicant’s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage Work Order Lifecycle: Take charge of the entire work order process, ensuring that maintenance and service requests are efficiently processed and completed.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with maintenance technicians, suppliers, clients, and Aramark account management teams to understand their needs and ensure prompt service delivery.
  • Utilize Technology: Operate and update internal and external technology platforms, such as WMS, Portals, and telephony systems, to streamline service coordination.
  • Deliver Service Excellence: Maintain a professional, welcoming, engaging, and helpful attitude in all interactions with internal and external customers, consistently striving for service excellence.
  • Request Handling: Receive service requests via phone and email, prioritize them, and coordinate their resolution efficiently.
  • Vendor Management: Maintain relationships with existing vendors and identify new vendors as needed to support our service operations.
  • Approval Escalation: Identify and escalate service requests that require approvals beyond client authorization levels.
  • On-Call Availability: Be available for after-hours support as required by business needs, ensuring continuity of service delivery.

  • Facilities Management Knowledge: Familiarity with facilities management-related trades, scopes, services, vendors, and work control processes.
  • Team Player: The ability to work effectively independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Strong Communication: Proven interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Dispatch Experience: Previous experience in a dispatch or contact center environment is preferred.
  • Adaptability: The capacity to adapt to change in a dynamic, high-performance culture.
