Job Overview
Davies Claims North America is actively looking for an experienced Senior Vice President of Sales for TPA Services in Workers' Compensation. You will be responsible for driving new business and managing existing client revenue retention and growth. You will liaise with business leaders to understand their financial targets, service lines and competencies.
To be successful in this role, you must be able to demonstrate a proven ability to build and convert a strong sales pipeline to match the accelerated growth objectives of Davies Claims North America as well as execute the required sales plan. You must have at least 3+ years of TPA sales experience and detailed knowledge of Workers’ Compensation principles, terminology, customs, and practices. Additionally, you will need to have excellent judgment and problem-solving skills, the ability to manage multiple projects or priorities, and strong influence, communication, and negotiation skills.
