The Value Engineering team at Salesloft is responsible for delivering business value engagements to net new and existing customers with the goal of impacting pipeline value, executive connection, and close rate. We believe that the most successful sellers have a passionate and supportive team behind them.
On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for:
- Working with account teams, executive leaders, and other cross-functional stakeholders to help customers solve their most ambitious goals
- Partnering with account teams to develop strategic account visions that identify value potential and align us to board-level initiatives to cultivate executive relationships
- Running design-thinking style workshops with senior customer leaders to align use cases, solutions, and expected value in a partnership with Salesloft
- Evolving and creating new value frameworks and scalable collateral to support our evolving product portfolio
- Delivering polished, customizable, and flexible quantitative models that clearly communicate the expected value in solving a customerâs top challenges
- Taking a leadership role in coaching and advising internal account teams on a value-led sales process
- Managing executive relationships and participating as executive sponsor in QBRs

On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for educating the market about the power of Salesloft, and supporting our biggest and most competitive enterprise opportunities by serving as the Salesloft user expert (non-technical).Â
