About your new role:

CommandLink is seeking a Telco Cost Analyst to join its rapidly growing company and team, with an opportunity to work 100% remote! The Telco Cost Analyst will be a part of the Cost Assurance Team and responsible for auditing invoices and reconciling charges within our proprietary software platform, pricing analyses and projects, and price negotiation (among other tasks).

Responsibilities

• Audit complex telco cost of service invoices from various data sources, ensuring they are accurate and consistent with vendor terms and contracts
• Ensure data accuracy in the internal database of record regarding telco services and cost
• Perform data analysis to identify discrepancies and opportunities for corrective action or improvement, working internally and externally to solve identified issues
• Submit and manage telco vendor disputes through various methods
• Act as a liaison between internal teams and telecom vendors to resolve cost-related issues
• Collaborate with other teams (service delivery, vendor management) to implement cost-saving initiatives
• Work with teams to streamline workflows and improve efficiency
• Track and report cost assurance activities
• Act as a coach and point of escalation for the cost assurance team
• Complete ad hoc projects, as assigned

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in auditing telecom invoices is required
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the telecommunications industry
• Prior Experience working with Telecom expense management systems is required
• Strong Excel data transformation, modeling, and detailed data analysis capabilities
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated with experience in independent research and problem-solving
• Highly organized and detail orientated
• Proven ability to learn new skills and tasks quickly
• Ability to embrace and recommend change and provide new ideas
• Passion for fast-paced, rapid growth environment

The base pay for this position as displayed at the bottom of the job description is a range based on our lowest geographic region, up to our highest geographic region. Pay is based on location among other factors, such as skill-set, experience, and qualifications held.
