- Collaborate with the Talent Attraction team to support innovative, forward-thinking sourcing methods, pipelines, and recruitment strategies to meet current and future talent needs.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing channels including external jobs boards, social media, internet search, database search, etc. that are in line with the organizations branding and social media policies with a focus on direct sourcing of passive candidates.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in prospecting techniques and tools used for information retrieval, data extraction, and sourcing talent
- Proactively build a pipeline of pre-qualified candidate pools in line with the supporting functional area’s workforce plans.
- Maintain contact with existing talent pool candidates to provide information on current and future opportunities and obtain up to date market information aligned with functional area.
- Partner with senior leadership and business units to provide insights into talent supply and demand, influencing long-term workforce planning, recruiting strategies, and business decisions.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to Executive Talent Attraction team, People Team, senior business leaders and hiring managers, helping to shape and refine job roles, requirements, and expectations based on market insights.
- Develop and deliver clear, actionable reports and presentations that convey complex talent insights to executive and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Exhibit a clear understanding of healthcare and/or managed care leadership roles, cross- functional roles and interdependencies of groups, the member care impact and organizational efficiency.

Bachelor's Degree in Business, HR, Data Science, or related field required: 7+ years talent sourcing, talent acquisition, talent intelligence, talent strategy, or a similar role with a focus on market analysis, business intelligence, and/or strategic advisory requiredPay Range: $86,000.00 - $154,700.00 per year

Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law. Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives.
