The Red Hat Talent Acquisition team is looking for a Principal Talent Acquisition Specialist to join us in Raleigh, NC, to support Sales hiring in North America.

In this role, you will hire key talent for Red Hat through strategic planning, close interaction with relevant talent pools, collaboration with hiring managers, and persuasive communication. You will be responsible for end-to-end hiring for our North America Sales Organization, focused on ensuring customers achieve their desired business outcomes with Red Hat products, solutions, and services.

You will translate data and objectives into actions and deliver against the TA and overall business strategy and goals. By fostering strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders, you will execute global guidelines related to hiring go-to-market strategy, interview design, candidate experience, selection, and closing.

What you will do:

  • Serve as an internal consultant and advisor to hiring managers from the opening to the filling of a position 

  • Create and deliver sourcing and recruitment strategies that are aligned with the needs of hiring managers and the business

  • Use a multitude of sourcing strategies, from proactive outreach, marketing campaigns, job boards, and referrals to cooperation with external vendors where needed

  • Act as the subject matter expert in recruiting market developments, competitive trends, compensation, and other relevant areas

  • Create the optimal candidate experience by identifying key decision levers, developing a sell strategy, and creating elements of attraction for top-tier talent

What you will bring: 

  • 8+ years of recruiting experience working for top-tier organizations in the Tech Industry and supporting Sales teams in hiring top talent

  • Excellent organizational skills to handle a multitude of roles at once and the ability to multitask and prioritize

  • Advanced consulting skills with a demonstrated ability to successfully influence business stakeholders

  • Passion for people and company culture, as well as the ability to bring company culture to life in recruiting and talent development

  • Continues focus on providing excellent candidate and hiring manager experience

  • Motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to solve issues using creative problem-solving skills   

  • Positive, proactive attitude with the ability to work in a global team environment 

The salary range for this position is $97,300.00 - $155,670.00. Actual offer will be based on your qualifications.

Pay Transparency

Red Hat determines compensation based on several factors including but not limited to job location, experience, applicable skills and training, external market value, and internal pay equity. Annual salary is one component of Red Hat’s compensation package. This position may also be eligible for bonus, commission, and/or equity. For positions with Remote-US locations, the actual salary range for the position may differ based on location but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
