Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (Commercial Sales)

Playing a critical role in the day-to-day success of the Talent Acquisition team, the Sr.  Sales Talent Acquisition Partner (TAP) will partner with hiring managers to tackle full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing, evaluation, video and onsite interviews through to onboarding. 

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Talent Acquisition Partner with experience in the Tech SaaS (Software as a Service) industry to join our team. This role is focused on identifying, attracting, and hiring top commercial sales talent who can excel in our fast-paced, innovative environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales roles in the SaaS industry and proven expertise in recruiting high-performing professionals. This is a strategic role, partnering closely with hiring managers and leadership to develop and execute talent acquisition strategies that align with business goals.

What you'll do:

  • Partner with sales leadership and hiring managers to understand sales team needs and create customized recruiting strategies.
  • Source, engage, and assess potential candidates using various tools such as LinkedIn, niche job boards, networking events, and direct outreach.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of top-tier sales candidates, proactively identifying talent for future hiring needs.
  • Conduct thorough candidate interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit, with a focus on diversity and inclusion.
  • Guide candidates through the hiring process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from sourcing to offer stage.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to refine job descriptions, set expectations, and develop talent benchmarks for the commercial sales team.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in commercial sales recruitment.
  • Manage recruiting metrics and provide regular reports on hiring progress, candidate pipeline, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Support employer branding efforts by promoting the organization’s culture and values across recruitment channels.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in recruiting for sales roles, preferably in the SaaS or tech industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of the SaaS sales landscape and an understanding of the skills required for success in various sales positions.
  • Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with modern recruitment tools and platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage candidates and internal stakeholders effectively.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze recruiting metrics and refine strategies as needed.
  • Strong commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in the recruitment process.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of full cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced software/technology environment required
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software
  • Familiarity with sales compensation structures and incentive plans.
  • Previous experience working with high-growth, scaling companies.
  • Experience acting as a Sr. Talent advisor to hiring managers, inspiring a partnership with talent acquisition, advising on talent market, and influencing talent decisions
  • Experience leveraging marketing tactics, new technologies and/or social media to create engagement with potential candidates
  • Prior experience recruiting in-house within an organization required
  • Strong process and project management skills
  • The ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Salary is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.  This position is also eligible for an incentive compensation plan.  The expected hiring salary for this position is:

$126,500.00 - $159,500.00
