The Story Producer will play a key role in shaping how we tell impactful stories to our audiences. Reporting to the Associate Director of Brand Story, this role will be responsible for concepting and producing multimedia narratives that bring our mission, brand, innovations and campaigns to life. With a personal curiosity for humanity, a keen eye for storytelling and a deep understanding of our mission, they will craft compelling content that resonates across channels. This is a full time, fully remote position with on-site production responsibilities and opportunities for local meetups and annual gatherings.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Concept and develop impact-driven case studies and testimonials that highlight the real-world impact of our product and mission for our customers, members and providers.
  • Lead the end-to-end production process, including pre-production planning, on-site direction, and post-production execution.
  • Work closely with clients, spending time on-site to capture authentic stories while building and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Develop innovative, mission-aligned creative that showcases product innovations in fresh and engaging ways.
