The Story Producer will play a key role in shaping how we tell impactful stories to our audiences. Reporting to the Associate Director of Brand Story, this role will be responsible for concepting and producing multimedia narratives that bring our mission, brand, innovations and campaigns to life. With a personal curiosity for humanity, a keen eye for storytelling and a deep understanding of our mission, they will craft compelling content that resonates across channels. This is a full time, fully remote position with on-site production responsibilities and opportunities for local meetups and annual gatherings.
What you’ll be doing:
- Concept and develop impact-driven case studies and testimonials that highlight the real-world impact of our product and mission for our customers, members and providers.
- Lead the end-to-end production process, including pre-production planning, on-site direction, and post-production execution.
- Work closely with clients, spending time on-site to capture authentic stories while building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Develop innovative, mission-aligned creative that showcases product innovations in fresh and engaging ways.
- Contribute to campaign storytelling by developing content that aligns with key initiatives and resonates with our audience.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and creative teams
Strategically find and leverage the best platforms and formats to maximize the reach and impact of our stories.
- Unearth and amplify authentic voices and experiences that bring our mission to life.
What success looks like in this role:
Delivering a set number of projects within pre-determined deadlinesDemonstrated impact on pipeline, win rate, and member acquisition, measured by the effectiveness of storytelling assets in driving lead generation, supporting sales enablement, and increasing conversion rates.Timely completion of projects against SLA’sMeeting or exceeding engagement metrics set by channel (eg. Social, Email)Internal stakeholder satisfaction with work product conducted via surveysSuccess in identifying and leveraging new channels for impact stories, measured by reach and impressions.development of fresh, mission-aligned creative concepts that push the boundaries of how we showcase impact and product innovation.Success in synthesizing industry trends and feedback into actionable insights for internal teams.
What we expect from you:
8+ years of experience in storytelling, multimedia production, content creation, or a related field, with a proven track record of producing compelling, high-impact narratives.Strong ability to oversee pre-production, on-site production, and post-production, ensuring a seamless process from concept to final delivery.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, with the ability to collaborate effectively with design and production teams.Experience directing productions, including leading shoots, working with talent, and managing creative teams on-site.A sharp storytelling instinct with the ability to craft human-centered narratives that connect emotionally and strategically with audiences.A keen sense of industry and market trends with the ability to translate insights into unique and innovative storytelling concepts.Skilled in client and stakeholder management, ensuring alignment and smooth review cycles throughout the production process.Ability to align storytelling efforts with broader brand and marketing objectives, ensuring impact across campaigns.Capacity to travel 8–10 times per year for on-site productions with clients.Adaptability and creative problem-solving skills, with a willingness to experiment with new storytelling formats and adjust to shifting priorities.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and creative teams.
The target base salary range for this position is $125,520 - $156,900, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options and benefits. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually using Radford Global Compensation Database at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
