Senior Specialist, Change Management & Communications

Job Description
The Senior Specialists' responsibilities include supporting internal communication and marketing strategies for the our Research & Development Division IT organization. You will be an active partner, helping to elevate and communicate programs and initiatives focused on amplifying the value we are delivering to our business partners and making our Research & Development Division IT a place where people love to come to work and are enabled and inspired to do their best. You will work with people at every level to develop internal communication plans and materials that engage and educate our diverse employee population and support a culture of transformation.
Primary Responsibilities:
Contribute to the development and implementation of comprehensive communication and marketing strategies that effectively bring to life the priorities and narrative of our Research & Development Division IT for our stakeholders.
Serve as a strategic content developer, actively shaping and driving communication opportunities and alignment related to high-profile priorities and activities. Work towards effectively communicating with the relevant stakeholder groups.
Develop engaging and concise written materials that support our communication strategies, incorporating creativity into the content.
Collaborate closely with key stakeholders across the organization and Value Teams to gain a deep understanding of the value our products and solutions offer, and effectively communicate this value to our business partners.
Identify and utilize metrics to define and assess the effectiveness of our communication efforts, ensuring continuous improvement.
Ensure messaging is aligned with the company's vision, mission, and values, effectively translating the overall strategy into messages that resonate with employees at all levels.
Constantly explore innovative ways for the function to provide strategic value and contribute to the organization's success.
Ensuring integration of our branding, tone, brand standards, and style guidelines in all communications to maintain consistency and enhance brand recognition.
Required Experience and Skills:
A minimum of 7 years of experience in Pharma Communications
Communications Strategy: Strong experience in developing and implementing comprehensive communications strategies to support organizational goals and objectives.
Change Management: Proven expertise in designing and implementing change management plans and strategies to support organizational change initiatives.
Stakeholder Engagement: Ability to effectively engage with various stakeholders at different levels of the organization, including executives, managers, and employees, to facilitate communication and manage expectations.
Writing and Editing: Excellent writing and editing skills to create clear, concise, and impactful communications materials, such as memos, emails, presentations, and articles.
