Summary of Position

The Senior Solutions Delivery Manager is responsible for the delivery of key services and solutions for Teladoc. The role will support and manage release train engineers, analysts and managers responsible for critical enterprise deliverables, provide support and strategy around optimal solutions and partner extensively with technology, product, architecture, and project management partners to ensure successful strategic deliverables.

The role will have the capacity to plan and execute on ground-breaking new digital healthcare initiatives specifically in the EHR/EMR space and manage teams to deliver on the vision.  You’ll follow SAFe Agile development process, defining the scope of work for Scrum teams and analysts that create user stories and develop acceptance criteria. You will also act as a bridge between technology, product, and business stakeholders to ensure all are aligned in developing and implementing technical solutions to best meet market needs and solve business problems.  You will need to understand the business side of the organization to understand which IT solutions will fit the company’s goals. Your leadership skills will be important for steering the overall process of identifying key business objectives and determining the requirements for each solution.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Work with product and delivery teams to develop scalable solutions and products specifically around EMR & EHR interoperability

  • Manage relationships with a variety of partners and stakeholders

  • Advise stakeholders on options, risks, and aligning of priorities

  • Highly organized, fluent with designing and managing a strategic planning model – but with focus on value over rote process

  • Strategic, analytical thinker and roll-up-your-sleeves doer

  • Positively collaborates with other employees and departments to complete objectives

  • Proven leadership and team-building skills in both large and small organizations, with direct responsibility for scaling, developing, and maintaining high performing teams

  • Fostering a culture that enables the team to innovate, ask questions, learn quickly, and deliver extraordinary results

  • Anticipating project risk and constraints and proactively working towards resolving them

Qualifications Expected for Position

  • Bachelor's Degree in in Computer Science, Business Administration, Product Management or related field (or equivalent in relevant work experience) required

  • 5+ years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst, Project Manager or Delivery Manager

  • Experience in the healthcare technology industry preferred. Especially within EMR/EHR interoperability

  • A proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously, delivering on time and achieving desired results

  • A data-driven approach drive for efficiency and customer orientation

  • Expertise in developing detailed plans for complex projects involving challenging requirements, limited resources, and fixed deadlines

  • Excellent communication, influencing and presentation skills. Comfort working across functions and lines of business at all levels of the organization

  • Expertise with Agile concepts, practices, and procedures

  • Highly motivated professional that thrives in a dynamic company

  • Passion for having positive impact on people’s lives

The base salary range for this position is $140,000 - $160,000. In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements) listed here Teladoc Health Benefits 2024. Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications. This information is applicable for all full-time positions.
