Position SummaryAre you passionate about crafting robust, enterprise-level solutions? Do you feel confident in a business support role, working hand-in-hand with customer success managers and working on the most pressing issues? Our Integrations and Support team is expanding, and we are seeking a skilled senior engineer who thrives on the complexities of seamless integrations, scalable automations, and intuitive features customers will love. We're aiming to create the best possible environment for our enterprise customers, and we are looking for passionate engineers who have customers' success at heart.
Your work will go beyond code. You'll master the entire stack, building solutions for our platform. During your first 90 days, you will meet your fellow Software Engineers, learn our codebases and enterprise products and start hands-on coding. You will pair with more experienced team members to work together on some of the tasks and start to deliver independently.
Your experience from here is yours to own. From leading important new projects to working hand in hand with our principal engineers and designers!
Long term, you will:
Work as a project lead together with stakeholders, designers and product leaders
Build, ship and maintain highly-available, performant and durable features focused on (but not limited to) enterprise customers of our platform
Work with your team to deliver key results for impactful objectives
Be a part of cross-squad initiatives
Mentor and be mentored by other engineers
8+ years of experience as a full-stack engineer
Experience with working in a Product or SaaS company
Demonstrated ability to mentor and elevate the skills of engineers, fostering growth and development within a team.
Documented experience leading technical projects through all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle
Must be based remotely in Canada, Eastern or Atlantic timezones only. HackerOne is a digital first company. This model offers our employees flexibility in time and location. All employees must be able to work and excel in a remote environment.
Experience in a business support role for enterprise customers, or working on Business Process Automation
Experience with Ruby on Rails, ReactJS, and TypeScript
