ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team. This is a remote opportunity.

This role is integral to a large-scale project modernizing human resource management systems for the Department of the Air Force.  The individual will join an agile development team and actively participate in Scrum ceremonies.  A key focus will be developing high-quality, low/no-code solutions within the Salesforce platform.  This includes creating and delivering engaging product demonstrations to stakeholders and collaborating with the team to overcome complex business challenges.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Participate and contribute to sprint planning and sprint review meetings and other Agile Ceremonies

• Engage directly with stakeholders and end users and provide product demonstrations

• Implement Salesforce design solutions including system integrations and data analytics

• Configure software components, units, and modules that meet product specification and development schedules for customers

• Adhere to product build and release schedules and strategies and use software development pipeline

• Test and debug complex software components and units

• Ability to obtain a Security+ certification within 90 days

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business, Engineering, Math; an additional 6 years of comparable work experience might be substituted for a degree

• 6+ years of overall development experience

• 3+ years Salesforce development experience and must possess Salesforce Certifications such as Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Developer Level 1 or 2 or similar

• Experience working in an Agile Scrum team and promoting Agile Scrum principles/ practices

• Experience with ADO, JIRA, or other project management tools

• Experience in integration with other systems (e.g., Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Power Platform)

• Experience with software development pipelines for deployment (e.g., Azure DevOps)

• Security+ Certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment

Clearance Requirements:

• US Citizenship with an active DoD Secret clearance

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%

• Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.

• Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations

• Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations

The projected compensation range for this position is $103,800.00-$173,800.00.
