Senior Salesforce Developer (Customer Success) - US CA Remote

ServiceTitan is looking for a self-motivated Senior Salesforce Engineer with experience in Service Cloud and Customer Success to join our team.
You will apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle to enhance the ever evolving Salesforce implementation fully on Lightning and guarantee capabilities and development artifacts are delivered with high quality. Must be detail-oriented and have an in-depth understanding of industry standards of coding, security, version control (CI\CD) and testing standards.
What you'll do:
Design & Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet business objectives, requirements and company goals using both configuration and code.
Interpret system & business requirements and prepare specification/design documents and collaborate in teams. Develop meaningful relationships to achieve common goals.
Perform support and maintenance activities on Salesforce instance + connected applications, conduct long-term improvement operations to ensure compatibility with evolving requirements.
Conduct review and smoke testing on enhancements delivered by peers to ensure compliance to coding and security standards. Suggest improvements to existing processes.
Provide system administration and support of Salesforce environments and integrated systems.
Interact directly with Product Analysts and users as necessary to analyze project objectives and capability requirements, including specifications for user interfaces, customized applications and interactions with internal Salesforce instances.
Collaborate within and across functions to ensure Salesforce environment and connected applications support business needs relating to functionality and performance.
Communicate with project managers and other developers to implement cohesive projects and ensure effective collaboration throughout all phases of development, testing and deployment.
