Safe Step Walk-In Tub Company is seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a Senior Sales Support Representative! The role will assist in optimizing the sales schedule, create highly accurate records, confirm appointments, streamline workflow, understand reports, and analyze data.
This role is approved to be either Remote within the United States or Hybrid for associates in Nashville, TN, in accordance with company policy; 3 days in office (Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday) / 2 days remote (Monday & Friday).
Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls to customers, sales representatives, and agents who have scheduled an in-home sales visit.
- Confirm appointments for clients including key details of North American geography, drive times, and logistics management.
- Acquire schedule and job clarifications from over 100 direct sales representatives in both densely populated markets and rural areas in Canada and US.
- Optimize assignment page to streamline operations, routing, and scheduling for efficiency.
- Advanced sales and objection-handling skills to save in-home sales leads that attempts to cancel.
- Assist in task-based job functions and optimizing workflow: Respond to emails, process customer text messages, soft credit pulls, ball-parking, qualify customers, and other related items.
- Data analysis and reporting: Understand and meet established KPI, compile data to report, perform quality checks, and interaction with the sales process.
- Ensure data integrity: Notating fully and accurately; amend prospects, assignment page, and presentation page; adjust sales representative notes; update dashboard.
- Ability to receive coaching and up-training to ensure sales leads are meeting all guidelines and company standards.
