Senior Sales Analyst

As a Senior Sales Analyst at Bungie, you will be an integral member of the Sales team. Your role will involve managing pricing decisions, conducting sales performance analysis, and assisting with forecasting to support various leadership teams across the studio. Your work will drive data-informed decision-making for multiple development teams at Bungie, including Destiny 2 and Marathon.

You will report to the Senior Manager of Sales and collaborate with Marketing, Product Management, Analytics, and other teams to support both Bungie’s new releases and ongoing live service titles.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Present performance results to key stakeholders for consistent live service reporting
• Create comprehensive sales reports summarizing a product’s reveal, preorder, and launch events
• Support operational forecasting by providing insights and inputs to our Demand Planning teams
• Quantify strategic initiatives using both internal data and external market research
• Collaborate with the Destiny 2 and Marathon teams on SKU planning, pricing, and approvals
• Plan and implement strategic discounting decisions for current and upcoming products
• Maintain detailed price tracking files and recommend regional pricing based on market research
• Serve as the primary Sales point of contact for internal teams, including Marketing, Product, Analytics, and others

REQUIRED SKILLS

• 4 to 6 years of experience in data analysis, pricing, sales operations, and/or demand planning
• Advanced Excel skills (Index Match, VLOOKUPS, SUMIFS)
• High attention to detail and a commitment to quality and polish
• Strong understanding of video game industry trends and launch strategies
• Ability to present performance recaps and complete gap analysis forecasting exercises
• Efficiently communicate data results and visualizations to a non-technical audience
• Passion for collaboration with stakeholders across multiple disciplines and backgrounds
• Proactive approach – ability to take project requests and see them through to completion by addressing issues, providing milestone updates, and communicating final results

NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS

• Tableau Experience (both analyzing and creating dashboards)
• Experience working in a fast-paced, live operations environment with many competing priorities
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Analytics, Marketing, Management, or related field
• A love of video games and deep understanding of live service titles like Destiny 2

Listed below is this role's base pay range. In other locations that Bungie has approved for remote work, this pay range may be adjusted up to +/- 10% and some roles may be classified as non-exempt (hourly). 

This range is determined by an array of factors, including training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Additionally, it is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
