We’re hiring a Senior Research Manager to join our Conversational Insights team—a center of excellence focused on delivering story-driven qualitative and hybrid research that’s deeply rooted in both traditional qual expertise and next-gen AI innovation. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in execution but is energized by shaping the future of qual research. You’ll play a key role in driving adoption and evolution of Suzy Speaks (our proprietary AI-moderated solution), and partnering with clients to integrate consumer narratives into strategic decision-making at scale.
Key Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day execution of qualitative and hybrid (qual-quant) research projects—VOEs, Suzy Speaks, Focus Groups, IDIs, and more
Work with Client Success to scope new projects, consulting on methodology and design, with a strong POV on AI, qual, and hybrid solutions
Serve as an evangelist for Suzy Speaks, helping to drive client adoption and internal enablement
Translate open-ended feedback and qualitative narratives into sharp, actionable insights that drive business impact
Partner with RDS and Sols to pilot new approaches, test use cases, and expand the application of Conversational Insights across verticals
Contribute to thought leadership initiatives including case studies, internal enablement, and client education on AI-moderated research
Develop materials and deliverables that meet the highest standard for insight storytelling and strategic value
Support team initiatives to standardize processes, elevate delivery, and optimize for scale and efficiency
Qualifications
6–10 years of experience in custom market research, with a strong foundation in both quantitative and qualitative methods
Hands-on experience executing qualitative research (e.g., IDIs, focus groups, VOEs, open-end coding)
Comfort working with emerging AI research tools, or willingness to dive in and learn
Natural storyteller with strong writing, synthesis, and presentation skills
Deep curiosity about consumer behavior and passion for innovation in research
Experience with survey design, analysis, data storytelling, and client consultation
Familiarity with qual/quant hybrid approaches and integrating data sources
Strong project management skills and comfort juggling multiple priorities
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and tools like SPSS, Q, or R a plus

The target base compensation for this role is $110,500 to $145,000 per year.
