In this role, you will drive the hiring process for key positions across the organization, partnering with business leaders to attract and hire top-tier talent. As a strategic advisor, you will help shape hiring strategies, develop innovative sourcing techniques, and enhance our employer brand. Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs and develop targeted recruiting strategies.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers to top candidates.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified talent through networking, direct sourcing, referrals, and employer branding initiatives.
- Leverage data-driven insights to refine recruitment processes, improve candidate experience, and support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
- Conduct proactive market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor hiring practices, and emerging talent.
- Collaborate with HR, hiring teams, and external recruitment partners to optimize hiring workflows and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Use applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools to track candidate progress and generate meaningful reports for leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment function.
- 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably within the financial services or fintech industry.
- Proven ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders and act as a trusted talent advisor.
- Strong expertise in sourcing strategies, including LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, and advanced Boolean searches.
- Experience utilizing data and analytics to inform recruiting decisions and improve outcomes.
- Passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience and fostering a positive employer brand.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment while managing multiple priorities.
