Senior Proposal Compliance Analyst

Responsibilities

Peraton has an immediate opportunity for a Senior Proposal Compliance Analyst. This is a hybrid position, working remotely and on-site at Northern Virginia offices (Herndon, Chantilly, Reston), as needed to support proposal efforts.  This is a key position within the Proposal Operations organization, who partners closely with proposal and pursuit team leadership. This position ensures proposals are compliant with customer requirements throughout the development process through submission. 

 

Responsibilities

• Analyze federal government solicitation files (Instructions, Evaluation Criteria, and SOW/PWS) to ensure complete understanding of all solicitation requirements and identify questions for the customer
• Create a thorough compliance plan outlining the compliance review strategy
• Review Compliance Matrices to validate outline follows the structure of the RFP, all requirements are included, and mapped correctly
• Participate in color team reviews to ensure compliance of all volumes, including Contracts, Small Business, Technical/Management, and Pricing proposal volumes
• Provide recommendations for how to remediate non-compliance risks to comply with requirements
• Perform crosswalk between volumes and artifacts
• Follow compliance processes to document and escalate items that are non-compliant or present risk
• Contribute to lessons learned and best practice documentation

Qualifications

Required

• Strong knowledge of the Federal proposal development process
• Requirements analysis and interpretation skills required (technical, financial, contractual, and administrative)
• Strong working knowledge of government acquisition regulations
• Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills
• Minimum of 8 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 6 years with MS/MA; or Minimum of 3 years with PhD. Experience in lieu of education will be considered
• 5+ yrs in compliance analysis, auditing, or as a Proposal Manager
• Local to the Herndon/Chantilly, VA area and willing to work in the office as needed
• Secret security clearance obtainable (active preferred)

• APMP Certification
• Active Top Secret security clearance

Target Salary Range

$112,000 - $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
