We are seeking a senior level Project Manager with proven problem solving, listening and communication skills, a demonstrated ability to deliver Product stories, and an informed and confident client experience. The successful candidate will be joining the Broadridge Corporate Issuer business during a time of growth and product innovation. This role is important to the Issuer segment and contributes to the growth and success of the company's largest business unit, Investor Communication Services (ICS).
Work-Mode: This is a remote role where you will work off-site. Travel is limited and generally used for team learning and collaboration meetings.
Job Responsibilities:
The Issuer Project Manager is responsible for helping to drive growth in our Governance and Communication product suite and creating and maintaining a positive client experience with our new product offerings. Specifically, this role is focused on the successful launch of a new offering, tentatively named the Retail Proxy Voting Choice Platform. To achieve success, you will have to partner with marketing, technology, client services, sales, and operations to ensure we are delivering value to our clients.
Key responsibilities include managing or providing support for:
• Project build support
• Go-to-market strategy
• Market and sales materials
• Pricing and commercials
• Client interviews on market needs and opinions
Qualifications:
• Proxy governance and communication knowledge or demonstrated ability to learn quickly - Able to clearly articulate our value proposition and capabilities through a combination of deep industry knowledge and understanding of Broadridge’s capabilities within the segment.
• Product focused sales – able to work side-by-side with sales to ensure that the sales teams understand our product features and value proposition and can clearly articulate our story in a compelling way through effective sales enablement strategy and tools.
• Project management – strong organizational skills and ability to deliver high quality execution; results oriented.
• Critical thinking/analysis- able to evaluate and respond to client needs and challenges; identify and make considered recommendations for product enhancements.
• Teamwork/collaboration – collaborates across client services/ teams and the broader organization; can also work independently when required.
• Client focus – brings strong client centric approach to product role: build client facing relationships and help understand current and future needs
• Communications/presentation skills – has strong oral and written skills; communicates effectively across internal functions operations and with clients.
• Culture – willing to contribute to a culture of high-performance & product management excellence
Hourly range $70-80/hr
Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.
