Senior Professional Services Project Manager | Kinetic

As a Senior Professional Services Project Manager - Kinetic, you will guide manufacturing customers in implementing the Epicor Kinetic ERP product throughout the project lifecycle. You will be responsible for overseeing project plans, managing resources, and ensuring successful project execution. We are seeking applicants with superior organizational skills, a customer-centric approach, and excellent communication abilities.
What you will be doing:
Assist customers in the (Initiation, Planning, Design, Validate, and Deploy) implementation of the Epicor ERP product, and project manage up to 10 implementations.
Build project plans, schedule resources, and provide best practice Project Management Monitor and Control coaching to customers, including Project Risk Analysis.
Plan, organize, lead, and monitor the activities of the project team, maintaining overall control of the schedule, budget, and scope, ensuring that project plans and work products are based on approved and agreed-upon requirements.
Ensure that sufficient resources and funding are available for executing all project activities, prepare the management deliverables (Project Plan, Project Change Requests, and Project Lists), and use these deliverables to conduct the project.
Notify the Client Project Director and the Client Project Manager of non-resolvable issues and submit recommendations to resolve them, and for approved Project Change Requests, update the appropriate documents and project work plan to reflect changes in requirements and commitments.
Champion and adhere to corporate solution implementation methodology.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to manage expectations and establish a solid working relationship with Senior Management and executives.
High level of proficiency in MS Office and MS Project.
Ability to travel up to 35%, and no restrictions on the ability to obtain visas for travel outside of the country of residence.
What could set you apart:
5+ years of Manufacturing and Distribution software implementation experience, with proven success in software project implementation and deployment.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Computer Science or equivalent work experience, with Manufacturing and/or Wholesale Distribution experience preferred.
PMP Certification or the ability to obtain PMP certification within the first 12 months in the position preferred.

Range:
Minimum: $80,000.00 USD Maximum: $180,000.00 USDThe salary range provided reflects the national average for this job title and does not represent compensation specific to Epicor Software Corporation.
