We are looking for a talented Production Engineer to join our team & help ensure the seamless operation of our production systems, troubleshoot issues effectively and collaborate closely with our development teams.

Please note: This is a remote position based in the US. We can only hire U.S. citizens for this position due to federal government contract requirements.

Here’s what you’ll do

• Keep Our Systems Running: Understand how our systems and applications function, the limitations, and dependencies, allowing you to respond to and mitigate outages efficiently. Drive best practices and improvements through the RCA process.
• Customer Excellence: Investigate and resolve support requests from our SRT, Customers and internal Synackers, using your debugging and engineering skills. Suggest and/or implement improvements to the process or the application itself.
• Knowledge Sharing and Learning: Always looking for ways to improve yourself, and spreading that knowledge with others around you. Not afraid to ask questions or write a bit of documentation.
